Update: I’ve since switched from using the 24-105 to an Canon EF-S 17-55 f2.8 as my main lens, plus a Tokina 12-24 f4 for taking landscape photos. I’m also using the Canon 7D as my main camera.
I’d rather let my photos do the talking, but gear talk is an inevitable part of being into photography. So let me share the stuff that I use to take photos.
Most of the time, I use my trusty Canon EOS 450D. The functions are basic, but I have yet to outgrow it. Besides, I’ve only been using it for six months or so. It’s quite tough for an entry-level camera. I’ve used it on a festival while drizzling, and while on the beach. It didn’t conk out on both occasions, but take note that I made extra measures to keep the camera dry while shooting.
