Hello 2013
Lifts. Marikina City. January 2, 2013.
So it’s another year. To grow. To waste. To win. To lose. To live. Here’s to hoping it will be a good one for everyone.
And after a week of doing almost nothing work-related, I’m slowly getting into the groove again. Next week, I’ll continue with my client work, answer e-mails, get clients, and all the usual stuff that help pay the bills and fund my travels. Oh, and I’ve started eating normal food again, after all the heart attack-inducing holiday fare.
But enough of that for now. I got some sun earlier and took the time to shoot a few frames of the empty carnival that was the Marikina City plaza. It’s somehow funny to have a carnival where the local government offices are, as politics can be a circus most of the time. And the country will be on circus mode again by summer when it gears up for the elections.
Roller Coaster. Marikina City. January 2, 2013.
“Venus de Ukay”. Marikina City. January 2, 2013.
I guess that’s it for now. Will be getting ready for a trip a week from now. And while I’m not on a traveling mood yet, I hope that sparks up the feeling a bit.

Happy New Year :)
