Dong Bei Dumpling’s Fantastic Dumplings

One of the places we checked out during the Binondo food trip was the Dong Bei Dumpling restaurant.
Located at Yuchengco street (formerly Nueva) in Binondo, Manila, the restaurant an unassuming place that belies the fantastic dumplings one could sample there.
